One two of expressions from the initial launch of West Cork Distillers' Glengarriff Series, finished in casks which have been charred using fuel sources taken from the Glengarriff Forest in West Cork. Prior to this unique finishing, the Irish single malt whiskey was aged in Sherry casks. This particular expression was finished in casks charred with bog oak (using West Cork Distillers' bespoke charing device) for six months, then bottled at 43% ABV.

IPA Cask Finish Blended whiskey is a 75/25 blend of Irish wheat & malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, aged 4 years in first fill bourbon casks. Blend finished for 6 months in casks that held Black of Kinsale IPA Beer.

Calaveras Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey is crafted in small batches, reflecting the distinctiveness of its Sierra Mountains region. The process involves aging bourbon whiskeys in new charred American oak at the distillery's 4,000ft elevation, followed by blending and further maturation in local wine casks. The result is a bourbon with complex flavors, presented naturally (non-chill filtered and no added color). This unique approach allows for the enjoyment of comparing and contrasting different batches, providing a diverse and rich tasting experience.

The distillery occasionally selects exceptional whiskey barrels, aging them uniquely at a high altitude before transferring them into local wine barrels to accentuate distinctive flavors. The resulting Single Barrel Reserve is presented in its natural state, without chill filtering or added color, and at cask strength. Each bottle showcases a one-of-a-kind concentrated flavor profile, making it a rare and exceptional find, with the recommendation to grab one when available due to limited availability and exceptional qualities.

With a European-Alp's styled recipe, our schnapps boasts "enough sugar but not too much to make it a syrup" and an authentic peppermint flavor, all without straying too far off from the favorite mountain town classic.
